Timothys and Joshuas / Marthas and Priscillas Project

Our "Timothys and Joshuas / Marthas and Priscillas" Project is an on-going search for young people who want to be media missionaries and who have the potential to become future leaders of the COMIX35 ministry.

We're looking for Christian brothers or sisters who have the maturity, energy, enthusiasm, thoroughness, and cultural sensitivity necessary to do the work of this ministry. We need hardworking, truly humble, servant-hearted, Philippians 2:4 ("look also to the interests of others") kinds of people – who also have a strong interest in using comics to spread the Gospel worldwide.

Here's what you should do to get started:

1- Read the COMIX35 Statement of Belief to make sure you agree with it.

2- Use the Site Map to read through all the pages of our COMIX35 site in order to familiarize yourself with the history of the ministry as well as our current projects and future plans. (You should also take the time to review our Christian Comics International and ANIMAX35 websites.)

3- Download and fill out the Stage 1 Application and return it to us by postal mail or e-mail along with your résumé or cv:

We will respond to you by e-mail with 1-2 weeks. (If you do not hear from us after 2 weeks, please write again.)

In our response we will inform you of what will be required to complete Stage 2 of the application process.

Some applicants may be asked to meet personally with the current Board members of COMIX35 at one of our Annual Meetings, usually held in October each year.

Selected candidates for the "Timothys and Joshuas / Marthas and Priscillas Project" will need to raise their own monthly support to work as media missionaries for COMIX35. Missionaries may select a sending agency which is willing to second them to COMIX35 or they may channel tax-deductible donations through COMIX35.

SPECIAL NOTE: We are open to ALL APPLICANTS, but currently our greatest interest is in hearing from EXPERIENCED MISSIONARIES who would be willing to join us "on loan" from another mission agency for at least 1 year; preferably 2 or more years. Preference will be given to applicants making a longer commitment.
