You may have heard reports recently about how small non-profits could lose their tax-exempt status this year because of a provision in the 2006 Pension Protection Act which requires all non-profits to file an annual return with the IRS. Non-profits that fail to file a return for 3 consecutive years will lose their tax exemption.
We want to assure all our current donors and any potential donors that COMIX35 / ROX35 Media, Inc. does file a return every year. We are not in any danger of losing our tax-exempt status. Donations to COMIX35 / ROX35 Media, Inc. are and will continue to be deductible.

COMIX35 Program Services include:
+ Teaching the production and use of effective comics-style literature for evangelism strategies and discipleship programs to established literature ministries and Christian nationals, to reach their own people
+ Developing P.I.C.S. Projects, our special-focus publishing initiatives, through Partnerships, Invitationals, Competitions, and Sponsorships
+ Offering consultations and follow-up assistance for ministries which are working on Christian comics projects, either as a result of our seminars or independently
+ Identifying and developing teachers and younger leaders worldwide
+ Helping Christian inmates in North American prisons develop comics to reach their fellow prisoners
+ Connecting ministries with qualified artists, writers, and production specialists
+ Providing technical information and referrals to international comics artists through our website and via e-mail
+ Sharing information about available Christian comics resources on a regular basis with inquiring missionaries and individuals worldwide – both directly and through our Christian Comics International website

We must meet exacting standards and filing requirements on a regular basis to remain a member in good standing. This includes a complete financial audit from an independent CPA annually, not merely reviewed financial statements.
